Quantum Base is an innovative science company, originally spun out of quantum research at the University of Lancaster. Our founder, Professor Robert Young, invented the Q-ID in 2015. Q-IDs are small atomic fingerprints, that can be put on anything, can be authenticated with any smartphone and are 100% secure. Q-IDs are completely novel, with over 30 patents protecting the invention. We licence our technology to partners, such as security printers and tax stamp manufacturers.
